    2. Locate the hspi_HSTouch.ini file and open it with a text editor (notepad)
    3. Add or change this attribute: PortNumber=#### where #### is the port you wish to use.
    4. Save this file and restart HomeSeer

To change the HSTouch Designer port setting..
    1. Run the Designer and naviage to Tools>Options>Connection defaults
    2. Change the port setting the SAME PORT NUMBER as the HSTouch Server plug-in.
    3. Save your setting change and restart the designer

To change the HSTouch client port setting..

    Windows or Windows CE client:
    1. Run the client and open the client options menu by clicking on the hot spot of the screen (typically the upper right hand corner of the screen)
    2. Select "Client Options" and change the port setting to the SAME PORT NUMBER as your HSTouch Server plug-in
    3. Click "OK" to save your change

    Apple IOS client:
    1. Install the HSTouch client app
    2. Open the Apple Settings and navigate to HSTouch or HSTouchPad (iPad)
    3. Click on Server 1, 2, and 3. Change the port setting for each of these to the SAME PORT SETTING as your HSTouch Server port setting.
    4. Exit settings and launch the client app to test

    Android client:
    1. Install the HSTouch client app
    2. Open the client app and access the settings screen
    3. Click on Server 1, 2, and 3. Change the port setting for each of these to the SAME PORT SETTING as your HSTouch Server port setting.
    4. Exit settings and launch the client app to test

LAST STEP: You'll need to change your router settings to forward this new port to your HomeSeer PC (or HomeTroller) for remote access.
