Having problems with "Device Action" Sonos Music rendering

Have an event triggered by remote switch in a room.

    Event action:
Device: Sonos SonosController Music Rendering - "room name"
    Value: Mute

This has worked flawlessly for several months... Bug in latest version?

Volume change works in the "Sonos Music System Control" interface, but not by events...... Sonos control works when i make an "Sonos controller action", but this don't give me the option to Mute/Unmute with same command, or Decrease/Increse volume....

    Log when triggering event:
13.11.2012 22:48:56 SonosController SetIOEx called for SonosController Sonos Music Rendering - Baderom, Cmd=19
13.11.2012 22:48:56 Device Control Device: Sonos SonosController Music Rendering - Baderom (]9) Value set to 2
13.11.2012 22:48:56 Event Event Trigger "Sonos bryter Right Top"

Can you turn the plugin's debug flag on and do the same action and post the log.
What version of the plugin are you using?

    Thanks

was thinking the same that Stue is in here whereas the event seems to be crafted for Baderom. Other thing that bugs me is that you have an event from Sonos before you started, did you unmute or muted the player before you issued the event? I'm not at home, don't know by heart what value 2 means (mute or unmute). Have you tried to create a new event, or create a mute event and an unmute event? You didn't by any chance rename players, swapped Stue and Baderom? If you go to the HS status page, does the Stue or Baderom player shows as linked?

          A new log output:

Players has not been swapped and don't show as linked in status page. Mute in status page doesn't work either. Making events with action "Sonos controller - Set Mute - On" works fine, but if I use this I need separate events/triggers for Mute/unmute and can't do Volume Up/Dn.

Have the impression that the HS codes for the players are swapped. Can you post a screen shot of the hS status page, showing the HS codes and post your hspi_sonoscontrollor.ini file which you can find in the <hsroot>\config subdirectory. Any HS codes that you deleted recently, or restored some backup of either HS DB or older .ini file?

when making a screenshot of status page I discovered that the playlist playing in one of my rooms, shows up as playing in my Sonos iPod docking.... So I think you are right about the zones messed up. I will try a total removal/reinstallation of Sonos plugin......

Disabled, Uninstalled, deleted all sonos dll's and ini's. Reinstalled. Works perfectly!

                Thanks for your helpful hints!

Well it's good to read that it is solved but any clues what may have caused the inconsistency? Any manual deletes or move HS from one PC to another?

Would also recommend you upgrade to latest version of the plugin that you can find here (http://board.homeseer.com/showpost.p...45&postcount=1)
