As I'm working on a WAF version of HSTouch, I wanted to remove all my weatherxml devices from showing up on the device selector page I've created. No problem, I just checked the "hide from mobile" boxes. The problem is that those "hidden" devices are not available for use in my project, such as showing a weather map in an image box, if the map device has been hidden. So you have to make a choice, and it seems to be all or nothing.
My suggestion is to have another option, or make the existing option multiple choice: Hide from all mobile use/hide from mobile display only/hide from device selector only.
The second suggestion is to add the hide functionality for events too. There are events that would be OK for a user to pick, but they don't need to see all 100 of them!
