I keep my ACID lookup file (in my case friends.txt) on a shared folder which I point ACID to for lookups.
Here are a couple of scripts that I use to keep my ACID's friends.txt lookup database and HSP's phone book in sync.
The zip file includes 2 zip files.
1. exportphonebook.txt
This is the script that I run that exports my HSP phone book to my friends.txt file.
2. ImportphonebookfromACID.txt
This is the script that takes and modifications I have made to the friends.txt file from an Audrey (added a name/number via ACID) and put's them into HS Phonebook. I have to do a little editing after I get them there.
I run these manually but I suppose I could automate it.
To modify the scripts for your environment change the line in both scripts:
ACIDFile = "D:\Audrey\acid\friends.txt" to point to your shared ACID file.
