Hello
After installing the HANK Z-Wave Plus Smart Plug HKZW-SO01, HomeSeer is showing the following errors intermittently upon startup. Some startups are completely clean while others show several of the HKZW-SO01 units with this error. It varies.
Starting up....
3/23/2017 9:28:25 AM ~!~Z-Wave Error~!~Exception processing incoming secure message from node 56 : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
3/23/2017 9:28:25 AM ~!~Z-Wave Error~!~Exception processing incoming secure message from node 18 : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.Startup Complete, 2 errors detected, check the log for more information.
HomeSeer version 3.0.0.313 Edition: HS3 Pro (just upgraded and it did not resolve this secure message problem)
Upgraded the ZWave HS3 Pro driver to 3.0.1.108 Beta (and restarted the Z-Net) to see if the secure message problem was resolved by removal of the null zwave packets. No improvement)
Downgraded the ZWave HS3 Pro driver to 3.0.1.87 (and restarted the Z-Net) to see if an older production version works. No luck, secure message errors still exist.
All of the HKZ units are at: Firmware Update - Current Firmware: Manufacturer = Version: 1.5
Has anyone successfully implemented these HANK HKZW-SO01 units successfully? If so, any recommendations for getting them to work consistently?
