I occasionally lose the zone devices - maybe a couple of times a year. I'm not sure, but I think it might be tied to power failures. The caddx has a back up battery and the HS3 box has a ups but sometime the power failures exhaust the ups. Could this cause loss of zone devices? We have a lot of power failures and some times they can last 18 hours or so.
When this happens all I have to do is click on "Create HS devices" and they then show up again. I then have to go to all of the events that use the devices and edit them so they are triggering on the "new" zone device.
Does anyone experience loss of your zone devices?
