Wow - after 1 full day of fighting with HSP and my PBX system, I gave up and tried this great script. I already had the NetCaller boxes feeding my PBX so this worked great.... I have 3 lines and a fax line - can I simply make 4 copies of the script and be done? I do have 4 NetCaller units...

Not in less you get something custom from the author. The current version (at least with my HS 1.7) will support two NetCID boxes. The package has two WAF-NetCID...ini files.
