    Google'Now 'Proxy' ?

Okay, so siri has a 'proxy' but now android phones have taken the market, the latest versions of android ( 4.0+ ) have had a feature added... Google'Now is there any kind of 'proxy' or the like availible for Google'Now? if not, how hard would it be to create one?
on samsungs Galaxy S3 + samsung ( and im sure many others have their own varient ) have added their own voice assisstant ( G Now is still accessible ) called S Voice would it be easier to create one for that? im guessing it may prove a bit hard to make one for G Now judging by the way it seems to pull its data ( via the users google account )

if any of the above is possible then comes the task of homeseer intergration?

all input would be greatly appreicated !
