Active Zone trigger event not firing

I have set an event to trigger when an Active Zone becomes active but it never fires. The AZ is definitely switching on / off. Does anyone else use this trigger? Any ideas why it wouldnt fire? (ps in case anyone notices I am aware that the room is hallway and the action is office.. just an easy test!)

Turn on debug logging in the plugin and capture the active zone not triggering ON
Attach the BLRadar-Detailed.log zipped
It is in the HS3 root folder
