Global Cache iTach devices not available

WOW! I don't know how i missed that. It still doesn't completely solve my problem. The homeseer help shows GlobalCache devices in the device list. How do i access the IR commands in HS Touch designer without creating an "event" for every IR command i want to send with my touchscreen.
