    Homeseer controlling a PLC

I would like to control a Siemens Logo! 8 directly from HS3.

Would that be just calling a script or would it need a plug-in?

Knowing as little as I do about PLC's it would appear there is a Modbus interface on those units, there is a Modbus plugin that you could take a look at to see if there was integration.

If that option does not work then I'm afraid it will entirely depend on the unit and what options they have in terms of an interface (I imagine it is published for people doing custom interfaces?) however I imagine it is a bit more robust than simple HTTP but who knows.

Let me know a little more about the PLC, but if it has modbus support then my modbus plugin may do the trick.

If you need more info head over to the 3P/Highpeak/modbus area on the board or pm me directly.
