UK - Homeseer Skill not discovering all devices - Solved!

HI All,

Just installed the Homeseer skill on my UK device. Initially seems to work well with the devices it's discovered, and love the group feature.

But.. it's only discovering 12 out of my 21 on/off devices (Zwave/x10 etc).

For example, I have a Lounge Lamp module. Zwave module. It's discovering that fine, but not my Conservatory Lamp. Same Zwave module just in a different room.

I can't see any difference between the two (or any of the other devices not detected).

Any help appreciated.

OK, I think I've worked it out.

I did not have a tick in "Voice Command" for the missing devices

Can you controlled them as I can find the devices but get told the devices are not responding.

Ok I found the problem. I have multiple accounts using Amazon household and it only works if the echo is on my account. I had to ask it to switch accounts and then it all works fine.
To Rich,
Is there a way to have this work no mater which account the Echo is on in the Household?
