Can you insert a java/javascript or flash element?

I'd like to make a menu of interlocking, zoomable rings, first ring would have elements like lighting, HVAC, cameras etc then when you select one of those it zooms to a new ring with rooms and locations. I know this can be done with static pages but i'd like to animate it similar to the media center menu.

If these are embedded into a web page this should work as many have embedded web pages that work as expected.
