can you copy and paste just a single hs log entry that shows the response from the imeter during the polling. i don't need the entire log file. it should look similar to the following:

    12/31/2017 2:17:44 PM - Received STX 0x51 (Raw Insteon Rec):19 8A 92 40 54 5C 1F 88 00 00 17 A0 00 00 01 C3 13 01 15 9E 5D 00 00
you may need to enable detailed logging to get this in the hs log

      Aldo,

have you tried a factory reset on the device?

Side note, smarthome has discontinued this device. if we can't get this working, it may be time to find an alternative solution.

Mark, what a customer support, you are fantastic. I agree with you, I will try the factory reset and if does not work I will replace it. I tried to get a new log for you but so far there is nothing in it for that sensor but at this point I would not worry about it. I will keep you posted if a factory reset will help.

        Thanks for all your support,
        Aldo
