The upgrade price in the original link http://board.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=137455 is now saying for a limited time you can upgrade to HSPRO for $189... I think this new deal is running through 9/21.

I went through the registration last night.

It's easy
All,
I read this thread and somehow was dreading the upgrade. I can strongly recommend Rupps installer. Here is what I did, and it worked perfectly.
- Upgraded to 2.3.0.86
- stop HS services/program
- backup HomeSeer directory
- Ran Rupps installer from the top of this thread.
- Here I was unclear, so to be safe I ran the HS Pro Upgrader to 2.3.0.86. This step may not have been needed.
- started services.
All seems well.

Upgrade was painless
Had 2.3.0.60 on a ht1
shutdown hs
ran the updater
started hspro
shutdown hs
saved changes to the cdrive
rebooted
now running hspro 2.3.0.86
There appears to be zero issues with any plugins or scriptsOver The Hill

I don't see Rupp's installer... I have HS2 2.3.0.19 - What is the process? I upgraded to HS Pro but have not yet installed and would like for it to go without a hitch.
That is the one problem I have with this board. For important information it should be STORED into a HOW-TO-DIRECTORY where no one else can post which only has this kind of information. Important kinds of How-To-Information get buried in the board's notes and it is REALLY hard to find. Sorry to vent but I think this would be helpful for everyone. - Gary
