Using a 20p vs 21ip?

Looking to replace my aging Gemini panel and tempted to get either the 20p or the 21ip. Is there a real advantage of the 21ip over the 20p with this plugin (and in general)? If I read it correctly, even if I buy the 21ip which has ethernet on board, I still need to get an Envisalink, correct? Thanks!

yes. to use this plugin you need to get an EnvisaLink board 3 or 4
I don't have any experience with the 21ip, but according to this thread http://forum.eyez-on.com/FORUM/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=575
it looks like to make Envisalink work you would need to physically disable the ethernet on board module.
