Instructions for using the SimpleHomeNet Plugin

Here are the instructions for installing the EZFlora Plugin.
    • From the updater download the SimpleHomeNet plugin
    • Delete any EZIO devices and shutdown HomeSeer
    • Remove any EZIO scripts from the \scripts folder
    • Restart Homeseer and the plugin will automatically install
    • Within Homeseer, go to the "Setup" tab and then interfaces and enable the SimpleHomeNet plugin and then click save. Upon saving the SimpleHomeNet plugin will become active.
    • Click on the "SimpleHomeNet Configuration" link and click on the "Add Device" link.
    • Enter the device parameters and click submit.
    • When you return to your status page, all devices should be populated.
      • The root device will allow you to enable/disable diagnostic mode (cycles through each output in one second intervals).
      • Each output can be manually enabled or triggered through use of events.
      • Inputs are status only devices (currently on digital inputs are supported). When a status change is detected by the EZIO device, the associated input status will be updated in HomeSeer.
Note: Do not register your EZIO directly with the Insteon plugin. Device registration will be done automatically by the SimpleHomeNet plugin. Registering the device directly with the Insteon plugin will cause the EZIO device to not function properly.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need any help.

    Adam

I think you mean "to not function properly".
