Now you will have to wait for Claude to share Paul's (or for Paul to post) configuration information.

          Configuration info for EgiGeoZone tracking

Once you have the plug-in up and running, go to Plug-Ins>PHLocation>Users/Devices and add a new user of type Egi (Tracking). Don't forget to configure the options on the PHL tab, set the user as active and hit the save button.

You will need the DeviceRef number for the root user device you just created. If you hover your mouse over the device name of the root device you will see the text ref=xxxx where xxxx is the number you need.

The rest of the config is done on the EGI app.

Open one of your fences in the mobile app then hit the Location Tracker Settings option. Have a look here for a description of the settings http://www.egigeozone.de/manual/defa....html#Tracking

Leave write tracks to local file un-checked.

In the URL for tracking enter exactly as below replacing xxxx with the DeviceRef obtained earlier.
          http://<yourhs3server>:<phlport>/phlegitracking?androidid=${androidId}&lat=${latitude}&lon=${ longitude}&acc=${accuracy}&date=${date}&phlid=xxxx

I don't see anything immediately in the EgiGeoZone manual or in the settings in PHLocation. The developer of the App is in Germany, its possible the beta app doesn't have language localization yet. Paul may know more.

If you're saying the street address & town on HS' Device Mgmt page are German, I can think of two possibility:
1- You haven't actually moved you Android device since installing, but instead you've hit 'test' on your Android app profile: that will always return the EgiGeoZone author's coordinates somewhere in Germany; once you move your Android device, you'll start getting your location
2- you haven't entered your coordinates (long, lat) on your Android app fence: hitting the square with a map in it will GPS your current location and use those coordinates; I think they are by default the Author's.

If you have tracking configured in a server profile and hit the test button, it will send a default set of coordinates which are in Germany. Perhaps it would be better if it returned 0,0 on the test.

Once you start moving, it should update with your actual position.

                              Paul..
