What version of HomeSeer are you running? Did you enable the plugin, then slide down and select save, and then come back and select the newly added config button?

      info

      Standard Edition 2.2.0.11

If I enable it in interfaces, I only get a box for the com port no appearance of a config button.

          ethernet

Yes I did, still not ethernet only com

Also if I try to ind many of the web files it refes to in th edocumentation to directly config the ethernet the pages are not found, it's like its an old version of the plugin even though the page says its 2.0.9 now 2.1.0 with the newest update.

It appears that HomeSeer is still running. Did you try rebooting and then restarting HomeSeer?

Set the comport to something other than zero and make sure you have connectivity to the GC. Once that is done, the configs should show up.
