        Your lock should be recognized
Are you running the latest BLLock?

I'm running 2.0.57.0, probably that interface between the chair and the keyboard that is the issue

            Hmmm ok
            Do the following:

            1. Shutdown HS3
            2. Edit hspi_BLLock.ini and change debugLevel=true
            3. Save INI file
            4. Restart HS3

Once HS3 has started for 30 seconds or so then disable debug logging in the plugin
            Attach the BLLock-Detailed.log file zipped
It is in the HS3 root folder
            Cheers,
            Bob

Odd I do not see any errors and it looks like your lock model was set in the plugin
I will need to look into this more tonight once I get home
                Cheers,

                      That lock should be recognized
Are you using the newest build?
                      Cheers,

I have one of these locks which used to work.

It stopped communicating properly so I removed it from HS and tried to rejoin it. I have failed to find any way to make it rejoin the z-wave network even though it's 3 feet from the z-trolled hub!

Anyone cracked removing and rejoining the lock?

                          2.0.61.0

It does communicate, lock and unlock, but no battery, it reports the wrong users, and the lock/unlock status is reversed, so I unlock the door and it reports that my wife has locked the door. I'm pretty sure I've got the users in the right slots, as I keep them aligned with my alarm slots and record them all, to ensure I can amend them.

                            Any ideas to try?

After several system reboots, it is still reporting the wrong users and reporting the door as unlocked when it gets locked and vice versa.

Capture a debug log of the lock getting a status change and attach the debug log zipped
It is in the HS3 root folder
                              Cheers,

                                Removed and re-added the lock.
Got this on re-initialising the plugin:
BLLock warning Lock model name cannot be determined by the plug-in so processing of the lock is disabled!

Log attached. I enabled debugging, unlocked and locked (from the main device management page).

Since re-adding it and the error above it isn't doing anything much in the plugin. Previously it was telling me it was locked when unlocked and vice versa and speaking the wrong users.
