Trigger if Value is in range

I'm trying to use a trigger if a value is within a given range of 1000-2000.
    The instructions say use "FROM...TO"

Well I cannot get it to work. I know the value is changing, and I can use greater than, or less than, but not "in the range".
I suspect it is in my syntax. Can anyone hslp me with what to enter for the value box when using a trigger of "in the range"?

    Actually type the words....

I think you'd want to type the following in the box:

    FROM 1000 TO 2000

using the word FROM in front of the lowest number, and the word TO in front of the highest number.

1000...2000 seems to work, but you have to manually trigger the event for the condition to take place.
