the password you need to use is the one you use to enter the local webpage:
    http://envisalink/

    default user/password is user/user

if you don't remember it and if you still have your windows HS3 install, edit Config/EnvisaLink.ini to look it up.

also you can't have several programs connecting to the EnvisaLink board at the same time so you need to disable the EnvisaLink plugin on your windows HS3

Go to the Network page and on the bottom, verify Envisalink TPI Status. If it is online, it will registered the IP address of the connected client.

As Spud indicated it can only have one connection

                forget about the eyezon webpage
you need to access the local webpage, can you access this url:

                http://envisalink

                ?
it should ask you a user/password, which is by default user/user

I gather you know the IP address of the EVL? If not you will need to establish that first. If http://envisalink doesn't work, do a network scan or use an app like Fing available for iOS or android.

                    No reason to upgrade.

There are other factors but that would be if you or your installer is through Connect2Go which is the professional installer side.
