I restarted HS3 and it still didn't work. I completely shut off the Hometroller and rebooted and everything works ok now. I guess the com port in the Hometroller needed a power on reset.

I'm seeing this in 3.0.0.46 as well. I have 32 zones that have not updated their statuses in over 24 hours. One of my events checks if a motion sensor haven't detected motion in 30 mins, turn off the lights. When of course, as soon as you manually turn on the lights, it turns it right off cause the motion sensor hasn't detected motion in 24 hours.
If I enable status logging, I see messages from the panel when zones are changing, but not on the device status page.
The LCD Update usually updates every minute with the time, but doesn't until I hit reset status.

And unfortunately my events are based on the device status, so none of them work! The only way I get this to work is if I delete ALL my DSC devices and re-add them by saving the DSC zone settings. This causes new Ref IDs and screw up my scripts.
Deleting the DSC devices would be a Hail Mary. However, if you use the default device names, why would it screw up your scripts? All your HSTouch devices will be different for sure and I think your events would have to be fixed as well.
I understand your dilemma. If you delete then re-add, will you have to go through this again once the bugs in the plugin are fixed? I have a feeling that it will be several weeks for the bugs are fixed.
I wish I could offer some concrete suggestions.

Short of a Hail Mary, try this -
- Roll back to 3.0.0.45
- Shut off the Hometroller
- Shut off the alarm panel and disconnect the battery
- Wait a couple of minutes
- Install the battery
- Turn on the alarm panel
- Turn on the Hometroller
If the comms are not 100% correct, this might force both the alarm panel and HS3 to reset.
