    Sonoff 4ch Output device

    What am I missing?

This is a really neat relay switch working with WiFi and with Alexa.

I'm running the latest version of RFXCOM plugin and have selected the SONOFF output device. It created a 4 button device in my device manager, and I enabled the L4 protocol.

Still no control... the four buttons created in the device manager don't control the SONOFF relays.

Is it the Sonoff 4CH PRO?
The Sonoff 4CH does not have the RF capability.

Which Lighting4 code do you use?
Did you pair the HS device with the Sonoff 4CH PRO?

i have the pro and can select sonoff from the output devices and a 4 switch device gets generated but not functional... not sure where to obtain id from that requires configuration! thought it might be rfxmngr but it cannot see my com port like homeseer even when i disable plugin.

Using usb3.0 on a vmm machine

        Hi Bert
It is the Pro version with 433 RF
I enabled the L4 protocol with my RFXrec433

How do I pair it with the HS device?

The RFXCOM has an USB 2.0 USB interface.

Use RFXtrx firmware with the transmit function:
          Use Type1 or Type2 for an RFXtrx433
Any RFXtrx firmware can be used in the RFXtrx433E

The Sonoff is described in the RFXCOM HS3 User Guide chapter 8.64
This pdf is in the Homeseer HS3\Docs directory

And in the RFXtrx User Guide chapter 14.5
This pdf is available on www.rfxcom.com/Downloads

If you don't have a Sonoff remote use this ID for example: D2 16 B0
The Homeseer Sonoff device emulates a Sonoff remote.
Read the Sonoff instructions how to pair a new remote.
