    Looking for New Central Monitoring

I am curious wow others are using. I am seeing that alarm.com seems to be the biggest used, but I have a special request that I am not sure if it can be managed (my current provider cannot). I have a cell unit and also connected to the net (thru envisalink unit). My wish would be to utilize both for monitoring in a redundant matter. The cell service in our area is spotty and for the most part works, but I would feel better if monitoring thru the net could be used in backup situations.

Is anyone else doing this? Who are you using that you are happy with (even if you aren't using this functionality as I suspect it may not be possible, but I still may change service provider).

    TIA

Been using NextAlarm now for over 10 years and not had any issues with them.

I did write a post a few years back about national reasonably priced alarm companies on CT. Have a read relating to what company to stay away from.

Ask on Cocoontech relating to your alarm panel / transport.
