Can't figure out how to get Insteon fanlink to spin

    Hi,
I have several Fanlink devices, and am using the HS3 for a Raspberry Pi 3. The Insteon add function worked for my Fanlink, but only allows control of the light.

How can I gain control of the fan blades? The off, low, medium, and high options that turn the fan on?

I'm using the default plug in, tried the $59 plug in trial and got the same result. I'm new, and apologize if this was put in the wrong forum. If there is a moderator who can move it to the Insteon forum, thanks. I don't wish to resubmit my request for help as it may be spamming and in violation of the rules of this forum.
