    Any ideas?

Once or twice daily been getting these errors:

and then earlier today at 3:30pm, this bunch:

For the first issue, I'd love to see a DEBUG log (from my plugin log file, not in HomeSeer) for when that happens. It seems there's some content I wasn't expecting and the parsing is failing.

For the second, my first guess is it was a website error @ Honeywell. Any chance you tested this manually when those errors occurred?

      Shill,

      I'm also getting the error:

Apr-14 7:53:01 AM Honeywell WiFi Thermostat Failed to retrieve thermostat data - error occurred, will retry
Apr-14 7:53:01 AM Honeywell WiFi Thermostat Error retrieving data for device ######: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: . Path '', line 0, position 0.

Is there a way to resolve this yet? I can't actually upload the log as I'm getting an invalid file error, so I've uploaded it to my onedrive. The log file does have a special character which I think might be cause the not being able to upload it and also what's being returned by honeywell. Anyway, that special character changes in appearance depending on what tool is being used to look at it. Posting it here it looks like an inverted triangle, but looking at it in notepad++ its 'US' - white letters on black background.

What I'll really need to see is what data is being sent back from Honeywell, not just the error resulting from it. If you haven't already, please check out the "Having problems?" sticky thread for details on what information I normally need to provide assistance.
