    New Machine, lost license

    I left a note on Bob's site, but haven't got a reply.

    I moved this plugin to a new machine and it went into trial mode. How do I fix this? I obtained it before the move to HST.

    Bob will have to issue a new license. They all changed when his plug-ins were put in the HS updater.

      You need to be running the newest build off my site or in the HS updater.
      Log a help desk ticket on my site (see my signature) and I will send you your updated license.

                  Thanks for the concern. No luck with HST. I'm trying to get on old machine to see what version I have. If it is 1.1.19 then I guess I'm out of luck.

                  Just looked... it is the last version before you moved over to HST. Perhaps we should take this off the board.

                  Just realized that you can get all your licenses sent to you. I had to shut down old machine put in HST license and got it back. Shouldn't have worked, but ...

                    OK I believe I have solved the issue with my server not sending out the emails for the help desk and feature requests.
