Failed to get basic node information from new node

I'm getting a little bit crazy. I try to import two devices and still get the message "Failed to get basic node information from new node..."

I see this message in a lot of thrads. Is there a simple solution.

    I'm running HS2- version v 2.5.0.81
    Aeotec Zwave II stick
The devices are Philio Tech PSP01 multisensors
The devices are 2 inches away from the stick.

I did remove them and one again include in the z-stick. But when importing i het the same message.

    Thnx for helping

Are these devices Z-Wave certified? If not they may not work with HS. You will also want to ensure the device is away when you are importing them into HS. You may also have better luck using the include link within the HomeSeer Z-Wave management section.

Looking at the specs http://www.philio-tech.com/pdf/PSP01.pdf they are z-wave certified.

And i will try it as you describe and will come back again with the results.

HS3 works with many more Z-Wave devices than HS2 did so it may now work but I'm not sure the original poster has tried this hardware with HS3.
