Keep getting error message "Error in InitVR"

Anyone know why I just started getting this error message?

I know its part of my HAL internal modem, and it happens when I startup HSP.
I can hit OK, it goes past the error, and everything works, but the error keeps popping up when I get a phone caller and CID.
Any ideas apperciated.

umm - because you have a driver error

Sorry, couldn't resist. Have you tried reinstalling the HAL drivers? Check Device Manager and make sure there are no errors there.
