    Way2Call Caller ID

Hopefully someone else has run into this:
We were away on vacation and when we came back my HS server was stuck on a Script Control error. I couldn't click Abort or Continue and the machine was frozen up. So I reset it. Now I can't get incoming Caller ID. The funny thing is the W2C tests fine and if I make a call, the Caller ID shows up. Here is the log (mine displays new to old):

I'd rather not have to remove/reinstall everything but that is the only thing I haven't tried. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I have never seen this with my HSPhone setup and do get CID with it. I am also using the NetCID box. Historically when I've had issues with HSPhone (years now); I would:

1 - Disconnect both power and USB cable (think u did this)
2 - connect and test it with HS OFF using the diagnostics program. (think u did this too)
3 - load up HS watching the logs such that it show HSPhone loading.
4 - Disable HSPhone plugin in the HS Setup part.
5 - re-enable HSPhone plugin and it would then work just fine.
6 - sometimes also after a re-enable I would shut down HS and restart again. I never lost anything previously configured.

I have never deinstalled/installed the HSPhone application nor the firmware which is original from many many years ago.

You could check to make sure that the DLL in the HS directory is the same one that you have in the W2C directory. I think HS uses the one in the HS directory; but if you have two different DLL's it gets HSPhone confused and it doesn't work at all (yours appears to be somewhat working from the log entries I see). My setup also has the W2C box as first in and the NetCID box just tapped onto the telephone patch panel. First in is still after the alarm panel which is really the first in to the telephone line. (still using an older analogue POTS line) with 2nd/3rd lines being VOIP. Wish HSPhone worked with a second W2C box.
