HomeTroller-SEL booted up and then died

Title says it all. I booted it up, started configuring it and then it just died. Will not power back on. I'm a brand new customer to HomeSeer--not exactly the welcome I was expecting!

Call into HS at the number listed at the top of the HS home page and ask for Mark. He can get you going or can replace the unit.

I did call in. I ended up having to order a new unit which will hopefully ship today and, at the same time, ship back my old unit. Supposed to get credited for the new unit once they receive my old unit back.
