I am trying to control two 120Vac valves that have an open/close feedback status. What Arduino hardware is best to handle this. It also must have Ethernet to my HS3 box.

I would recommend a mega with an ethernet shield and run the cables to the devices but if that is a struggle then you could run it on wifi with a nodeMCU board that is available in the Beta version of the plugin. You would need two 120v relays to control the valves too.
