    Hi Rod - yes, that is good info. A couple of things stand out...

    First, is 2.12a the latest firmware for the IIe? The reason I ask is that the OP II is at 3.15 - I'm not sure if HAI keeps their firmware the same numbering scheme across the OP II line.

    Also, how is your panel connected to your network? The OP II has known Ethernet port issues and having it connected to a 10/100 hub usually helps, but I'm not sure about the IIe.

    Does the IIe use PC Access for connecting/configuring?

    Let me know...

      I did attempt to upgrade my HAI to 3.1 but it appears that my pre feb-2007 IIe board does not support the flash firmware upgrade. I will look into getting new ROMs for it. I did read you recommendation. For the last 6yrs it has been on 1G auto port. I did move it to a 10MB half port to see if that made a difference. It did not. Here is more data for you - Thanks for your time and effort.

          Sounds good - let me know if the rom upgrade handles this. If not, I might have to give you some deeper debugs since this is a IIe panel. Either way, we'll figure it out...

                Change your protocol from UDP to TCP and see if that helps.
                You might have to shut down the plugin and change the HAI.ini file manually:

                hai_protocol=UDP
                to
                hai_protocol=TCP

                      Ouch. Something is seriously wrong here...

                      Go ahead and disable the plugin from the Manage Plugins page.
                      Delete it by clicking the red 'X' icon.
                      Next, run the HSPI_HAI_Uninstall.exe from the HomeSeer HS3 folder.
                      Reinstall the plugin v3.0.1.15 is here
                      Enter your panel's IP address and the Keys - make sure your keys are correct.
                      Stop/Restart the plugin - see if that helps.

                      If you continue to get errors, send me the files:

                            I have 16 zones and 59 HAI units to import into HS. It will take some time to sort this out. But, I will post my progress mid next week. Thanx again - great product so far.
