HAI HTX without a config page

I've had a HAI HTX for about 2 years now using the BC4 plugin with HS. Everything works great except one thing. It is configured for DHCP and the IP address changes every week which means I have to update it each week if I want to use it.

I have tried to log in and change it to a static IP address, but each time I log in it tells me it can't find the /config page.... Error 404 page not found

If I use the BC4 default password 'bitwise' it goes to the error page,

If I use the HAI default password 'homeauto' I get three tries and then it tells me I'm unauthorized.

Any idea what I should try next?

Did you update the firmware at any point?

I lost my config pages after a firmware update. You need to also update the web pages using the separate .bin file.

      Config page missing

      I haven't updated the firmware.

Sounds like a great idea, but how do I update it if I can't log in?

You don't update the firmware / web pages from the web UI - it's done from the HTX designer.

If you have a HTX you should be entitled to download this from this from Leviton (they acquired HAI).

If you need to do a factory reset, this should be the procedure:

        Reset Button:
        a. Quick press and release – resets the HTX.
        b. Press and hold until the Operation Status LED goes out removes all previously stored network settings.
        c. Press and hold until the Operation Status LED comes back on will default the HTX to factory settings.
