    so i understand the fact that you do not actually need amazon echo hardware.

    what microphone do you recommend using?

    also can you easily have alexia voice over sonos speakers and if so how?

      I don't really have a strong recommendation, I use a Kinect as the microphone because it has a good microphone array.

      No, you need speakers that appear as a playback device in Windows.

        question

        I have cooper RF aspire light switches.....I had an amazon echo for few days and hated that I had to say Alexa tell homeseer to turn on the kitchen table light. is it possible to just say Alexa turn on kitchen table light in regards to using cooper light switch??
