      Try to add one of below before your text to speech and see if you hear anything.
      <alarm>
      <system>
      <notification>
      <ringer>
      Please excuse any spelling and grammatical errors I may make.

        Im not sure where those are but i did a say command in your say task and it speaks fine. Seems now to be a problem in the say task alone.

        Image attached and tested from hs3 nd my phone says "hello world".

          From where you add your text, by script or events etc, add ex. <system>your text to speech.
          or
          <alarm>your text to speech.
          I just want to figure out if there is any issue where is play the sound.
          Also, you can test to disable the stop in line 5

                    Yes that was I ment, have you tried the other like <system>?

                    Did you try to disable the STOP line in SAY task? Exit tasker to save the change.

                        Ok so disabling the stop line fixes it. It works now. Alarm and system do nothing i can tell before or after disabling the stop. What are they suposed to do?

                            Tony,

                            Any update on why the stop needs to be disabled and why in the last picture I get Test and Test 2 with the arrows and such?

                              The STOP is added only because to prevent nodata to speech but it does not seems to work for all. If variable is empty, stop SAY. So you can safety remove it. The test info must be some left over, I will try to find where it comes from.

                                Found it, in SAY task go inside Notify Title Speech, at the bottom under Actions. You can disable Notify Speech and I will remove these in next version. Thank you for noticing it.
