Error reading setup file 0.21

from the designer downloaded version 0.21
when i try to execute setup got error

error reading setup initialization file

setup.exe 21/01/2009 9:16

downloaded 3 times got the same error msg
can i do anything ?
maybe vista related ?
previous updates went well

I had same problem...
This helped me.

Close HS Designer. (If it already download version 0.21)
Locate the setup.exe in My Documents\HSTouch\Updates and run it.

Still the same error

i did try that, no changes, still got the error
even copied the file to another map to avoid
ownership problems in vista

so, what can this be, corrupted file ?
but then other users must have the same problem

problems with the download ?
but i downloaded the file already times

Are you running as an administrator on this PC? Do you have UAC enabled or disabled? If it's not disabled try disabling it.

Still the same error

UAC is (was) disabled and i am administrator.

Problem solved

I downloaded this file 3 more times with the same result
then i deleted the file from my computer and downloaded it again
and see what happend !!!!! it installed wjthout problem

so issue closed problem solved but......

still i do not know what happend

Hum... , the file must have been corrupt. Glad you got this sorted.
