Virtual Keypad Problem

Hi i was wondering if any one could help

I want to create a virtual keypad for HSTouch but when i try to create an event for the keys there is no drop down option for keypress i have tried with the virtual keypad option checked and unchecked in the plugin options but still no keypress option.

Which interface are you using with the plugin?

Hi thanks for the reply i am running the envisalink 3 Firmware Version: 01.12.174. Also im not sure if it's related, the Lcd in the device tab only shows not set.

After working through this issue with Bob.
He has fixed a couple of items, during this it was discovered that we were having issues, with the envisalink connection.
After much head scratching, i had to set the port on my router to force 10mbs full duplex, to enable my envisalink 3 to work correctly, i can only assume the envisalink, was dropping connection to the plugin, even though the web GUI worked OK.
