Homeseer locks up Z-Stick when restarted

When I first install HS2, everything seems to work until it is restarted. If I exit and relaunch Homeseer for any reason, Z-Wave init(A) gets no response from my Z-Stick S2.

If I uninstall HS2 and re-install it, everything works again. I've tried changing COM ports, uninstalling and re-installing the Z-Stick driver, and updating the Z-Stick firmware. Nothing will start working again until I un-install and re-install HS2.

I returned my Z-Stick and got a new one. It does the same thing. Has anyone seen this before?

Sounds like the USB drivers may being having issues. Is this a new pc or old? What OS?

      Windows 2008 R2 (WHS 2011). Fairly modern server - Q6600.

I rebooted a couple more times and applied some pending updates and it connected again. Will see if it acts up again.
