              Yale Lock

I am now comfortable that the HS3 Z-Wave routines are interacting properly with my Yale lock.

there is no usage information getting through to the BLLock Plugin. so for example the real time log shows no lock activity, and the status of the lock on the Locks tab shows the command to Lock with a current status of unlocked even though the lock is locked and HS3 sees it as locked.

If everything works there will be a file in your HS root folder called "HS3_Display_ZWave_Lock_Device_Info.log"

I also need this info for each different lock:

                  Manufacturer
                  Model
                  Type (deadbolt or lever)

I do not have my locks setup in HS3 yet so I will need someone with one or more locks to run the attached script and attach the output to this thread.

                    Follow these steps:

                    1. Extract the attached script to your scripts folder under your HS root folder (eg: C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\scripts)
                    2. Go to the Control Panel
                    3. In the Immediate Script Command box, type the following and click Execute Command.

                    Code:
                    &hs.RunScript("HS3_Display_ZWave_Lock_Device_Info.vb", False, False)

If everything works there will be a file in your HS root folder called "HS3_Display_ZWave_Lock_Device_Info.log"

Attach this file to this thread and tell me how many locks you have in your HS3 system.
I also need this info for each different lock:

                    Manufacturer
                    Model
                    Type (deadbolt or lever)
Is Motorized (if the lock motorized - can u operate the lock without having to manually do it)

                    Thanks

                    Manufacturer:Black & Decker (or Kwikset)
                    Model: HomeSeer Kwikset # 99100-005
                    Kwikset # 910 TRL ZW 15 SMT
                    Type: Deadbolt
it is motorized. Can operate the lock without having to manually do it.

I only have this one lock on HS3.

I have submitted the log file before. I used your current version script file and system is on 3.0.0.38.

                      More still needed?

I have three Kwikset locks (910TRL ZW L03 SMT) installed.

I have 5 Yale touchscreen deadbolts and 4 Yale touchscreen lever style locks. Two of the lever locks are not currently installed in homeseer. Only two of the 7 locks in Homeseer currently appear in this plugin. I believe they are different versions of the lock modules in play so some have different manufacturer strings.

I have tried to run your script Blade to obtain the lock info but there was no .log file generated. Any suggestions? I'm prepared to provide you access remotely or anything that might be required to better support these devices.

                        Thanks.

I was able to get the info gathering script to run by removing an include. I've installed 2 more locks this weekend bringing the total to 9. Hopefully once these are supported I can give this plugin a thorough test.

Have you ran the script in the 1st post and posted the log file?
                            Cheers,

If anyone has any locks that are not recoginized in BLLock for HS3, please run the script in the 1st post and attach the resulting log.

From my own experience Bob then accommodates the lock and fixes any bugs in record time - the plug-in is a really useful way to track lock usage.
