    Are you running Mono 5? I've only ever seen this on Mono 5 and even then, it works for others on Mono 5.

    If you are running Mono 5, can you tell me what version? Or better yet, can you just tell me the exact version of Mono you are running?

      I have not made any changes to the Homeseer Pi2 base. it should be stock with exception of regular updates.

        So are you running it in the pi version of has or are you running full hs on a pi?

            I will do more research into this. I'm still not sure why it's failing the way it is. While i haven't checked your specific JSON, the other user I did check had the correct JSON, but the conversion still failed for some reason. I've only see this on the linux installs of homeseer. I have to see if the other user is running the PI version as well.

            In the meantime, can you post your machine details from http://ip.of.your.HS/Help

            where ip.of.your.hs is the IP address where your HS install is. Once there, you'll see a section called "Message Board".

                same problem here "No device found at the IP Address", I'm certain my ip address is correct. Any ideas?

                            I'm glad it's working. I don't know why it works with some versions of Mono and not others. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to it (as I think I've seen this same issue on Mono 5.x). I am currently know knowledgeable enough about mono or linux to make an informed analysis, but I'm gonna try and remedy that.
