Motion sensor lights to trip base on sunset/sunrise

Searched the forum but not much info on this.

I'd like to have my motion sensor to trip 30 min before sunset to 30 min after sunrise. In Vera I'm doing this with SmartSwitch

Motion Trip - turn on lights to 30%
Delay 1 minute then off
Manual time out is 30 second

Am I going to have to do one event for each of the above?

This can be done either with a virtual switch that's on 30 minutes before and off 30 minutes after or the easy trigger plugin.
