I have a 4-way camara card in my computer, is it posible to use this card with homeseer? (i'm new with homeseer an orientating if i want to buy homeseer)

You can try.. the webcam plugin is... hit and miss to say the least, there are more people that it dont work for than it does work for.
Most of us have given up on using Homeseer + Webcam plugin as it is not being worked on anymore.. Im bound to get in trouble but I would not reccomend it!!
Theres a 30 day trial, maybe you will be lucky.

On al homeseer-site's i see camara's. So this isn't a standard part of homeseer?Comment

No it is not, you pay for Homeseer... then to get it to do other things you have to ADD plugins to it.
SOme plugins are free but not many, you really need to think about what you want Homeseer to do... then work put the cost and what plugins you require.
Are you wanting home automation at all? or is it only cameras you want to show? if its cameras then there is no need to go via Homeseer..
