    Or don't use the 'for at least' trigger but rather use the 'for exactly'. this should only trigger once based on status and the time duration you set.

    Tom's suggestion for a periodic email is probably the way to go.

      Yes, assuming that HS3 has this feature. On the event page, fill in the "cannot retrigger for" box. Use 86,400 for once a day.
