house has been broken into so i'm trying to step up my home security with IP cameras (about to buy Foscam cameras) and want to integrate with my alarm.
I want to have the alarm call me or have push notification when it rings but i dont have a phone line at my house anymore since moving to Australia's NBN (so its basically a VOIP system). Im looking for a device i can buy to integrate with homeseer or support Z-wave that i can integrate with homeseer.
the alarm system is Hills NX4 (https://www.hills.com.au/caddx-nx-4-das-control-panel)
i looked at comnav but seems like that app doesnt run on iOS11 anymore and seems redundant. Any words of assistance or what to look for is appreciated.
I am in IT so willing to put some work in or call a professional as long it as it gets the job done to integrate with homeseer so i can arm the alarm and cameras and vice versa with ability to be notified when the alarm rings while i'm not home.
