    Evolve Lamp Module Failures?

I have seven Evolve lamp dimming modules that are perhaps five years old. These devices have worked nearly flawlessly for that period on both my HS2 and HS3 systems. Suddenly, within a two week period, 6 of the 7 showed an "unknown" status. Unplugging and re-plugging each of them, followed by a rescan and optimization, brought them back online, though one of them has since reverted to UNKNOWN again. All of them have excellent connections with 30 or more neighbors. Any ideas as to why these would suddenly began behaving strangely?

OK, now seven of the seven are exhibiting the same behavior. As of this moment, two of the seven are showing unknown status. It is just too coincidental that the only seven of these devices I own, which have performed flawlessly for the past five years, suddenly within a two-week period all do the same thing, over and over. What could this be?

I'm having the same issue with Jasco switches *and* modules. The modules look identical to Evolve.

Mostly, the radios die, but the last module failed by blowing out the light bulb. On that one the z-wave still (appears to) works and the non z-wave side works, but no joy controlling the z-wave controlled side.
