    controllable light bulbs

Ok so I know this has been around for some time now which gives time for people to buy/test/integrate.

I am looking for what people have found as the cheapest but functional outside bulb to control.
my use is holidays. change the color depending on holiday, and even have it change say every hour.. if its xmas time change blue, purble, green, orange, yellow, etc... (don't think the wife wants a red light on the porch )

    so whatcha got?

    for controllers
    I'm with z-net now...

The GoControl bulb that HS carries is pretty good and has a great price. Note that I don't use one outdoors so not sure how it stands up to cold weather.

I use the LIFX A19 bulb. Has a higher lumen output of 1100 compared to others at 800. Easy to use with HS3 plug-in. They have a BR30 also that has same specs but a little more directional. The mini is shaped more like a regular bulb but only 800 lumen output. A19 can be used outside as long as there is no direct contact with water. Mini might be same.
