    MSVCR71.dil

Hi Bob, not sure if this is a problem associated with BLNinja, but it is the one plugin I cannot get working.

had a major crash on the HS computer, re-build was a nightmare - HS registration problems. However got it basically working except for BLNinja. on starting up HS I get an error immediately after BLNinja has activated, cannot find MSVCR71.dll and all stops.

    Any ideas?

I do not install that file at all with BLNinjaControl.
I did look up the file and here is the description of it:

msvcr71.dll is a module containing standard C library functions such as printf, memcpy, and cos. It is a part of the Microsoft C Runtime Library.

Perhaps someone who uses this could check if they have this dll.
    Cheers,
    Bob

Thanks for the quick reply Bob.

I have just searched the file on Google and it appears it may be a .net file associated with Windows media Player, although why it should bring HS to a halt is beyond me.

      Thanks again.

Terry, thanks, but a repair on NET solved that problem, but not BLNija.

Downloaded latest from the HS Updater, and it did work (The Updater that is), but HS reports cannot find CM19A?

Don't realy know where to go from here.

Are you using a 64bit system?
I am not sure the cm19A driver will work on a 64bit system. I know it works on XP and XP Pro.
I do not run the plugin anymore but it worked on XP with no issues.
            Cheers,

Nope not 64. Here is a selection of the HS startup log. Note the CM19 bits.

                OK, it's getting better!

I upgraded BLNija and BL Security from HS's upgrader. One small problem - I do not have the registration codes.

The old cut and paste BL registration do not work if it's come out of HS.

lord I knew Home Automation would be a chalange, but this much.

You do not need to use the X10 CM19A FireCracker USB plugin.

I sent emails to everyone that registered a plugin with me but if your email changed and you did not let me know then you would have likely not got the emails.
