    Wrong user?

So it seems that I did not enter my users in chronological order when adding them to BLLock and now it's displaying the wrong user codes. For example, I added user1 - John, user2 - Sam, user4 - Brian. Now that I've added user3 - Frank, it keeps showing that user code Brian entered when in deed it's Frank (user3).

How do I get BLLock to read the correct user code entered? Using a Yale YRD240. I've tried re-initializing the plug-in, no success.

Blade, it seems that even if I delete all users from a lock in BLLock, and re-add then in correct order, it's still not showing the right user interacting with the lock. I unlock with code 4 and the log displays code 5 was entered.

Capture a debug log of this and log a ticket and attach the debug log zipped

Yes I worked with one person on this and HS3 is reporting the wrong value from the lock which is causing the plugin to select the wrong user. I believe he put in a bug with HSt on it
            Cheers,

Yep. It seems that the Lock Notification and the Lock Logging (correct) doesn't match. At least on Yale locks. I've submitted a Bugzilla on issue, so it's in HST hands now.

                    Fast Forward to 2020:
I am currently experiencing this issue with
                    HS v3.0.0.548
                    BLLOCK v3.0.35.0
                    on a YRL210 lock

User Codes are off by 1 digit:
User 1 actions are reported as Use 2 Actions in HS

Does anybody have any advice for this issue?
                    3.0.35.03.0.35.0

Is it 1 higher or 1 lower than it should be?
                      Cheers,

When User 1 enters a code at the lock, HS reports it as being entered as User 2

I am now seeing User #1 reported as User #3

OK u are going to have to turn on debug logging on the plugin options page, then capture the lock user, then turn off debug logging and attach the BLLock-Detailed.log file zipped
It is in the HS3 root folder

Please do these steps before capturing the debug log to be sure u have the logging set properly
